Appreciation in Motion is a 7-day online gratitude practice designed to help you return to Source through mindful movement, Reiki-infused intention, and the healing resonance of biofield tuning.

Each day, we’ll explore gentle yoga flows, guided gratitude meditations, and energy-balancing practices that bring body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. Together, we’ll shift from depletion to devotion and remember how good it feels to move in thankfulness.
